AI Investment Boom Faces Wall Street Doubts as Alphabet and Tesla Cash Flow Turns Negative

The stocks of Google and Tesla fell due to negative free cash flow generated from huge investments made in artificial intelligence. Google reported its first negative free cash flow since its establishment back in 2004 due to its increased investment budget in artificial intelligence up to $205 billion for the next decade, while Tesla announced its first negative cash flow after two years due to the huge investment of $25 billion this year. In spite of positive revenues and positive statements from executives, investors are more concerned about the ROI of such high amounts of investment in the future.
